Due to the particularity of cardiovascular disease and people’s innate ideas, patients don’t know the importance of postoperative rehabilitation exercise.
Postoperative rehabilitation exercise is not recommended to patients by doctor after surgery, and patients don’t have other professional channels to achieve informations, that result in the lack of postoperative rehabilitation exercise and professional guidance.
Postoperative rehabilitation exercise concept development backward in domestic, patients can’t enjoy the professional rehabilitation exercise service.

Step1.
1. Cardiopulmonary exercise testing
Monitoring patients with cardiopulmonary function index parameters through the cardiopulmonary exercise testing for assessment and treatment.
2. Age and condition of disease
Assess the rehabilitation exercise evaluation according to the current condition of patient,the age and the history of disease.
3. Motion data upload
The fluctuation of the heart rate of patient during the movement will upload to hospital database through app.
4. Adjustment of rehabilitation program
Rehabilitation doctor assess patient's physical condition and adjust the next phase of the exercise prescription according to the data of last stages of the physical exercise

5. Wearable monitoring device
The smart wearable devices is giving by the hospital when patient discharged from hospital,it should be wear on the centerline of the body,it can ensure the accuracy of the monitoring of heart rate.
6. Safety tips and emergency treatment
Remind users when the heart rate is more than target heart rate,and inform the doctor and the patient's family members when the heart rate is out of security range.
7. Data collection
The data produced by patient during the movement uploaded to the mobile terminal in real time,and can be shared to hospital database and family members

8. Rehabilitation training schedule
Patients doing rehabilitation exercise according to rehabilitation training schedule.
9. Optional Sports
Patient can choose the sport according to his mood
10. Exercise Guidance
Patients can get training guidance in the training page after the choose exercise types
11. Recording
Patients can see the data of exercise and overall training schedule, and upload the data after accomplish the training task
12. Supervise and Encouragement
Family members as the important helpers in the patients ’ life,they can sent urge or encouragement to patient according to patients’ training status
Through this project, we got lots of ideation about
user experience in different CVD health management areas,
including exercise management, nutrition, sleep and mental management.
